As providers increasingly move their practices online, QAA Scotland has expanded its Focus On: Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) resource hub, providing valuable information, good practice and tips on using technology in learning and teaching.
The updated hub - which is publicly available on the QAA Scotland website, and draws on resources globally from across the sector – features a range of practical resources, guidance, training materials and media on five key TEL topics, which are particularly relevant during COVID-19:
- Getting your teaching online
- Lecture recording
- Enhancing inclusion and accessibility
- Student participation in co-creation
- Policy and strategy development
The updated resource hub also features a new ‘Frequently Asked Questions in TEL’ section, collating guidance and examples of best practice from the key specialists who contributed to the online TEL Sharing Practice event in April.
If you have any examples of practice in TEL that you would like to share with us for inclusion in the resource hub, please contact ARCadmin@qaa.ac.uk.
Focus On projects are year-long projects chosen to help the sector address recommendations and commendations from its Enhancement-led Institutional Review (ELIR). The aim is to provide practical resources that are timely, helpful, and support providers make a real different in a short space of time.
