Herald Higher Education Awards 2021: finalists announced!

The finalists for the Herald Higher Education Awards 2021 have been announced, recognising the outstanding performance of Scottish colleges and universities in the last year. 16 institutions have been recognised, covering more than 35 different projects and initiatives.
QAA Scotland is sponsoring the ‘Enhancing Student Learning’ category, with finalists from Fife College, University of Edinburgh, University of St Andrews and University of Strathclyde.
Commenting on the announcement, Alastair Delaney, Director of QAA Scotland, said:
The challenges facing higher education providers in the last year have been extraordinary, but it’s also been a time of great innovation across the sector in Scotland. The finalists should be very proud.
